Monitoring Oxygen:  Control Air and Fuel Ratio

The main goal of burner combustion is to achieve the correct fuel-air ratio. This can be done manually or automatically with the O2 Combination Trim controller.

• Manual adjustment of air and gas: This is a common way of existing industrial burners in operation because of the simple system and low initial investment. But when operating over time the scale will no longer be correct or when the load changes the ratio will also be incorrect (due to non-linear of valve). In addition, the ambient temperature, humidity and pressure of the air also affect the ratio of air and fuel.
  

• Automatic air-fuel ratio control: In order to optimize the control system, it is necessary to have an Oxygen monitoring controller so that the system automatically adjusts the optimal ratio despite the influence of external environmental factors or the non-linearity of the valve to ensure that the system always burns with the most optimal air-fuel ratio.
